Moonshot Missions has released Addendum No. 1 for our Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Water and Wastewater Utility Financial Consulting Services. This addendum includes clarifications in response to proposer questions.

Firms interested in submitting proposals should review the addendum and ensure compliance with all requirements. Proposals remain due by September 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET.

Moonshot Missions Inc. is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals for Water and Wastewater Utility Financial Consulting Services (RFP #2025-001). Through this solicitation, we seek firms with demonstrated expertise in rate studies, revenue planning, budgeting, debt and capital improvement planning, asset management, and related financial management services for small, rural, and tribal utilities. The selected firm(s) will support Moonshot’s mission of helping under-resourced communities achieve financial sustainability while maintaining safe, reliable, and affordable water services. Interested firms are invited to submit proposals electronically to procurement@moonshotmissions.org by 5:00 p.m. ET on September 15, 2025.
