GREAT LAKES PROJECT

Forging New Pathways for Improved Water Quality and Climate Resiliency in the Great Lakes

Billions of gallons of untreated sewage and stormwater end up each year in one of the nation’s greatest natural resources, the Great Lakes. Moonshot seeks to help transform the management of sewage and stormwater in the Great Lakes and deliver cleaner, healthier waterways for the communities.

MOONSHOT'S GREAT LAKES COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE (CoP)

Moonshot's Community of Practice Approach brings together peer water utilities sharing a common focal point, supported and guided by Moonshot’s team of broadly experienced advisors.

Peers: Utilities Managing Discharging into the Great Lakes

Focal Point: Sharing Knowledge Practices and Experiences

Common Ground: Improving Water Quality in the Great Lakes

Utilities participating in Moonshot’s guided CoP should see material benefits of increased knowledge exchange, a sounding board for innovative ideas and learning the lessons of their peers’ experiences, all towards a common purpose to improve our Great Lakes.
