Wendy Montalbano, PMP

Senior Utility Advisor

Wendy is a Senior Utility Advisor that works with small utilities to improve their water and wastewater systems with practical, technical, and managerial assistance to promotes sustainability and community resilience. She was previously the Director of Water Services for the City of Walker, where she established preventative maintenance programs and is most proud of the work done to mentor operators to grow in their skills. She brings this passion to work alongside operators to Moonshot, with her 24 years of experience in helping utilities overcome day-to-day challenges and water/wastewater operator licenses in Louisiana and Texas. She believes that empowering communities to build sustainable water infrastructure is key because water is the foundation of all life.

A water fact she loves is that the same water on Earth today is the same water that existed billions of years ago – every drop has already traveled around the world!
