Shannon Pagano, P.E., brings more than 25 years of experience helping communities address complex water and wastewater challenges. She has partnered with municipalities, utilities, and community leaders across New York to secure funding, modernize infrastructure, and design sustainable solutions that protect public health and the environment.
Passionate about environmental equity, Shannon focuses on supporting underserved communities disproportionately impacted by aging systems and climate change. She combines technical expertise with a collaborative, community-first approach to create practical, affordable solutions that last.
Shannon holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering and master’s degree in environmental and water resources engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York. She resides in Central New York with her husband and two children, where she is actively engaged in community service and environmental stewardship.
