As a Senior Program Manager, Sarah enables mission-driven teams by providing the resources needed to advance high-impact technical assistance projects that strengthen utility capacity and support sustainable capital projects. Before joining Moonshot, she spent a decade at DC Water, leading initiatives ranging from drinking water quality programs to enterprise strategy. Sarah also has experience in state and federal drinking water policy and facilitating digital transformation within utilities. With 19 years of experience, Sarah combines deep technical utility expertise with high-level strategic, managerial, and change-management skills in a highly technical industry.
