Samuel Lieven

Utility Advisor

Samuel is a Utility Advisor supporting small wastewater treatment plants and communities across the U.S. Previously, he worked for Veolia Water as Operations Manager at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Starting as a wastewater treatment plant operator, he advanced into supervisory roles, gaining 13 years of expertise in wastewater treatment, biosolids production, and power generation.

Samuel’s passion for water stems from his deep appreciation for nature’s beauty and the vital role water plays in preserving it. He holds a special fondness for Green Bay and often reflects on the unique flow of the Fox River, which runs north rather than south.
