Reshet S. Gebremariam, PMP

As a Senior Utility Advisor, Reshet works with utilities to understand their challenges, build capacity, access funding, and provide technical guidance to improve water service. Before joining Moonshot, she served as a Technical Assistance and Capacity Development Coordinator at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, supporting water utilities across the state through hands-on assistance, capacity-building, and funding access. Reshet’s nine years of expertise spans regulatory compliance, operational management, and infrastructure planning, helping utilities with operational assessments, system optimization, and navigating complex funding processes to build resilient, sustainable systems.

Reshet is motivated by the belief that no one’s health, future, or dignity should be limited by the quality of their drinking water and that everyone deserves the peace of mind that comes with safe, reliable water at home.
