As Chief of Strategy & Development, Natalie oversees recruiting, strategic positioning, and development initiatives to grow Moonshot’s impact. With 20 years of experience in organizational strategy, relationship-building, and business development, she drives collaborative efforts to secure funding and build sustainable partnerships. Committed to the water sector for over 13 years, Natalie is inspired by the mission to expand access to clean water in the U.S.
Outside of work, Natalie has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, often hiking and running on trails. Living on Martha's Vineyard, Natalie has the opportunity to explore the island's hidden gems, and in 2025, she launched Natalie Hawkins Photography, through which she sells colorful, striking photographs, capturing the island's beauty and essence.
