Marguerite Sheehan

Utility Advisor

Marguerite is a Utility Advisor who conducts outreach, utility research, and plant assessments for water and wastewater facilities, as well as completing technical assistance projects to help utilities address their most pressing challenges. Before joining Moonshot Missions, she served as a Tribal Utility Development Specialist II at the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, where she supported Tribal water and wastewater utilities across Indian Country. Her work included helping operators access training, achieve certification, and carry out strategic planning to strengthen long-term utility sustainability.


Marguerite is committed to supporting Tribal communities like her own, so they have reliable access to safe drinking water and sanitation services, which she views as essential for health, growth, development, and cultural reclamation. She is a proud citizen of Dinétah (Navajo Nation) and enjoys learning languages, including Navajo and Irish, in her free time!
