Kevin Young

Before joining Moonshot, Kevin was a licensed treatment plant operator in Colorado for 3 years. As an operator for a small town with aging infrastructure, he gained valuable experience learning how to fix problems with limited resources and budgets. Along with extensive technical work, he focused on compliance sampling and lead and copper initiatives in his water system. Kevin has a BS in watershed and ecosystem science from Colorado State University and has additional experience with water quality field work and wildfire mitigation efforts in the Colorado River Basin.
