Francine Stinziano

At Moonshot Missions, Francine consults on strategic planning and operational optimization projects. Francine finds inspiration in working with multidisciplinary teams and streamlining organizational processes. Her career is fueled by her passion for public institutions and their critical role in society. Since 2012, Francine has assisted water and wastewater utility staff in all 50 U.S. states and 5 territories to access resources related to asset management, fiscal planning, collaboration, and funding. Before joining Moonshot, Francine managed national outreach and technical assistance grants sponsored by foundations, the U.S. EPA, and various state agencies. Francine holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently resides with her family and two cats in Ottawa, Canada.
