Chance Coe

Chance is a Senior Utility Advisor who provides water and wastewater technical expertise, operational insights, and utility consulting to communities across the country. He joined Moonshot from Denver Water, where he worked in startup, commissioning, and optimization for water treatment and capital projects. In this role, he helped bridge operations and engineering by providing operational feedback to design teams and translating engineering perspectives for plant staff. With 11 years of experience, Chance’s strengths includes treatment plant operations, development of standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.
