Utility Advisor
As a Utility Advisor, Ariel helps water and wastewater utilities strengthen their operations through organizational assessments, research, and technical assistance while supporting Senior Utility Advisors on technical, operational, and financial assistance initiatives. With a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment and nearly a decade of experience in water and wastewater operations, regulatory compliance, and project management, she brings practical expertise in helping utilities improve performance, maintain compliance, and deliver reliable service to their communities.
Prior to joining Moonshot, Ariel held leadership roles in utility operations and project management, where she partnered with rural water and wastewater systems to improve operational efficiency, enhance regulatory compliance, and implement practical solutions that strengthened utility services. She is passionate about helping communities build safe, reliable, and sustainable water and wastewater systems that protect public health.
Outside of work, Ariel enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Chris, and their three children.
