June Stakeholder Newsletter

Hi all!
Welcome to our first partner newsletter. We are so thankful to have you on our team as we work toward our goal of encouraging the adoption of Utility Performance Management. You'll see the highlights above and at this public link, but we wanted to offer up a few key bullet points for our bi-monthly partner communications:
Great Lakes PRESERVE
For those of you unfamiliar, Great Lakes PRESERVE (Partnerships for the Resilience and Enhanced Regional Vitality and Empowerment) is a collaborative peer-to-peer initiative designed to support utilities in the Great Lakes region.
Members, small to mid-size utilities in WI and OH, attend bi-annual in-person meetings, receive monthly newsletters on timely topics, and work with our Moonshot Missions facilitation team to gain insights and advice for planning and execution.
Our Moonshot team has begun hosting goal-setting sessions to help members think through their utility's goals in relation to Utility Performance Management
UPM Progress
Based on great feedback from our partners, we have begun the process of drafting UPM additions for the website in order to explain how Utility Performance Management fits into our method and approach to technical assistance. We'll let you know when it's published!
George Hawkins hosted "The Utility Performance Management (UPM) Strategic Roundtable" at the WEF and AWWA Utility Management Conference in March. Thanks to those of you who were able to attend; more highlights can be found on our LinkedIn post!
We had two incredible focus groups with lots of great insights. We look forward to more discussions moving forward, and utilizing these insights in our outreach efforts!
Watch out for more details from our "Coming Up." We look forward to being in touch!
