UPM Workshop Series

We're excited to invite you to a free virtual workshop series designed to help small and mid-sized utilities put Utility Performance Management (UPM) into practice .Utility Performance Management (UPM) is a structured, data-informed approach grounded in the same principles that have driven measurable savings and operational gains at some of the country's most respected utilities. Think of UPM as the preventative-care model for utilities: while a triage approach treats symptoms as they present, preventative care addresses the underlying disease. These strategies have a proven track record at larger utilities — and Moonshot Missions has adapted them specifically so that small and mid-sized systems can achieve the same results, without the same resources.

This series will be facilitated by respected utility leaders from DC Water, Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD), and Camden County, alongside Moonshot's own technical staff — all of whom bring hands-on utility experience to every session.
