Based on common themes we heard in conversations with you all this summer, it is clear that building community trust is key to the work of your utilities. Kyle Dreyfus-Wells, CEO of Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, and Kevin Shafer, Executive Director with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, will share their leadership journey and how they build confidence in their communities in this interactive webinar. Participants will get a chance to ask questions of the speakers and share their own leadership experiences, as well as collectively identify the best next steps and ways to advance these ideas.
