360-degree Assessment Process

Work closely with leaders to conduct a comprehensive “360-degree” review of the utility’s current technical, managerial, and financial (TMF) conditions. (See graphic below.) This step ensures that projects are not only designed and implemented to meet environmental and regulatory needs, but that operations are sustainable through the deployment of qualified personnel and resources, thus ensuring cost-effective and affordable operations.
